Kensington Collective makes clothing to measure in Boston, Massachusetts. This page explains what this website collects about you and what we do with it.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a fitting we receive your name, your email address and whatever you write about what you would like made. When you join the cloth letter we receive your email address.
• What every website receives. When your browser loads a page, the companies that host and deliver this site see technical details such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of your visit. We do not use these to identify you.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and arrange a fitting.
• To send you the cloth letter, if you asked for it.

We do not use what you send us for anything else.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used: which pages are viewed, which buttons are pressed, and whether a fitting request or a cloth letter sign-up was sent. Google sets first-party cookies to tell one visit from another and receives your IP address, which it does not store in Analytics. We do not send Google your name, your email address or anything you write to us. This site runs no advertising trackers.

Services we rely on

• Cloudflare hosts the site.
• Resend delivers the forms on this site to our inbox by email.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure how the site is used, as described above.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr supply the typefaces and scripts the pages load.

Each of these receives the technical details described above when your browser contacts it, and each has its own privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with the services above, and only as far as needed to run this site and reply to you.

How long we keep it

We keep a fitting request for as long as we need it to reply to you and to look after you as a client. We keep your address on the cloth letter list until you ask to be removed.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can leave the cloth letter at any time by writing to us. Depending on where you live, the law may give you further rights over your personal information, and we will honor them.

This site honors the Global Privacy Control signal and your browser's Do Not Track setting. If your browser sends either one, Google Analytics and Tag Manager are not loaded for you at all. You can also turn them off yourself: Turn off analytics in this browser

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

This site links to other websites, including our reviews on Google. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
